Erick Estrada

President

Erick@edtcontractors.com

Erick founded EDT in 2015 with nothing but grit, determination, and a vision for building something meaningful. What began as a lean operation quickly evolved through hard work, persistence, and a commitment to excellence. When the COVID-19 pandemic challenged businesses across the country, Erick’s resilience and leadership helped EDT not only survive—but emerge stronger than ever.

By 2020, EDT had hit its stride, taking on large-scale apartment renovations across multiple states. Under Erick’s guidance, the company has grown into a trusted name in the multifamily and student housing real estate space, known for quality, consistency, and delivering results that drive long-term value. Since inception, EDT has completed over 10,000 units and over 50 million in capital improvement projects.
